Useful Order Information

1. All prices are exclusive of VAT (@ 17.5%).
2. Minimum Order = goods to the value of £25.00 ex VAT
3. Prices inclusive of delivery to Mainland UK destinations (Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands), although a small order charge of £12.00 is applicable on all orders for £125 or less.
4. Collection discount - a collection discount of 15% will be given to customers wishing to collect their order.

Please Note: 24 hours notice is required for all collections, please check availability prior to making your journey.
 
The diameter stated on our price lists is the diameter measured at the base of the cane. Due to the way in which bamboo is grown and cut, it is normal for the canes to taper down to approx. 60% less than the base measurement.

Whilst we pride ourselves on supplying a quality product, imported from carefully vetted suppliers, please bear in mind when placing your order that as this is a natural product, we cannot be held responsible for any variance in the size or colour of the canes.
